Stephan Blohm
Born in 1970 in Bremerhaven, Stephan Blohm studied Business Administration at the University of Augsburg (1990 – 1995) after completing his military service. Specialising in Auditing and Controlling, he soon realised his passion and was able to directly apply his skills at an international audit, management and tax consulting firm where he was responsible for auditing large and medium-sized institutional clients.
Education
Blohm then went abroad and worked as a fund accountant for an institutional investor fund management company in Ireland. Later, he assumed a position as Head of Commercial Project Services at a leading global custodian bank. After another three years, back-office support specialist Stephan Blohm joined a large capital management firm, where he served as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and then Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Northern Europe with responsibility for Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. His responsibilities included Finance and Controlling, Product Development, Internal Auditing, Process and Project Management, Product Development, Legal and Compliance, Human Resources and Information Technology.
In search of new challenges, he moved to Luxembourg. As the CEO of a capital management firm, he established himself as an expert in the design and management of individual capital investment structures. He provided high net worth institutional and private clients with innovative, comprehensive and neutral service solutions for capital investment across all asset classes. He was also responsible for the Marketing and Sales, Portfolio Management, Project Management and Product Development departments.
During his time in Luxembourg, where he held the position of Managing Partner at a former competitor, Stephan Blohm continued to maintain close ties to his home country, Germany, where he served on the supervisory board of an asset management company for several years in parallel.
Stephan Blohm is currently the CEO of a mid-sized company in the financial services industry. In parallel, he is also a active member of the Board of Directors of our preferred administration and calculation agent PSI Services SA. As a principal shareholder, he also contributes his skills as an expert in innovative concepts of individual and complex investment structures to his day-to-day business. On the basis of cooperation, Blohm develops professional, efficient and above all innovative service solutions for demanding clients in the fields of finance and investment. According to his clients, Stephan Blohm impresses above all with his humour and outspoken Nordic style that allows for eye-level collaboration and being on a first-name basis.

Throughout his professional career, Blohm has supported various social initiatives. These include fundraising campaigns for social institutions, e.g., children’s hospice and palliative teams as well as associations for the support and training of guide dogs for the severely disabled. Stephan Blohm is a strong supporter of initiatives for sustainable corporate culture & mobility, social equality as well as the careful use of resources and the expansion of renewable energies. The importance of future generations and the needs and care of children in particular are central to his work.
